Ricky Fennell, Owner & Technician
Born and raised in southern Mississippi, Ricky started working with his dad on RV repairs in 1981. He opened Ricky’s RV Repair in 2006 and today has more than 30 years of experience in RV repair. Ricky is an RVDA Master Certified Technician, and has done vocational training in A/C and refrigeration repair as well as factory training from Dometic, Norcold, Monaco, and many others. He likes to spend his free time exploring the scenic Great Smoky Mountains with his family (sometimes on ATVs) and playing with his two beautiful grandchildren.
Tim Moore, Service Advisor
Tim got his start working in the family business during high school, then went on to serve in the Air Force as a Refueling Tanker Vehicle Maintenance Technician. After leaving the service, he came home to work as a machinist in the family business, where he remained for the next 20 years. Tim joined Ricky’s RV in 2009 as a mobile service technician, and now focuses on creating the best possible customer experience as a service advisor. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, boating, and traveling.
David Winkle, Parts & Accessories Representative
David “Wink” Winkle has almost 25 years of experience in RV parts, stretching back to 1993. Wink served in the Navy as a radioman in Vietnam in the Mekong Delta Region from 1969 through 1970. He joined Ricky’s RV Repair in 2011 as a Parts & Accessories Representative, and has attended factory training from Winnebago. Wink enjoys working with the staff at Ricky’s RV to provide the best service to customers, and spends his free time as a HAM radio operator.
Kathy Cox, Service & Receivables Representative
Kathy joined Ricky’s RV in 2011 after working in medical billing for more than 25 years. She enjoys reading and exploring the mountains, and her favorite part of her job is talking to people from all over the United States.
Angie Ward, Accounting & Bookkeeper
An honors graduate of Walter State Community College, Angie has been crunching the numbers at Ricky’s RV Repair since 2012. She enjoys working with the exceptional staff at Ricky’s RV, camping, and reading books.
Joe Sales, Technician
Joe got his start in the RV industry in 2001, and joined Ricky’s RV Repair in 2012. Today, his more than 15 years of RV and automotive experience help him provide superior service to our customers. He has also received factory training from Aqua Hot, Onan, Spartan, and Norcold. Joe enjoys solving problems, and considers meeting great people the best part of his job. When he’s not working, Joe plays classical guitar.
Jeff Duerkes, Technician
A 35-year veteran of the RV industry, Jeff started working in his family’s business in 1978 and joined Ricky’s RV in 2014. In addition to vocational training in RV mechanics, Jeff had received factory training from Dometic, Winegard, Holiday Rambler and many others. His favorite parts of his job are helping people every day and solving a variety of problems. In his free time, Jeff enjoys going camping, antiquing, visiting theme parks, and watching Hot Rod racing.
Dustin Stevens, Technician
An RVDA Master Certified mechanic, Dustin has over 10 years of experience in RV repair and factory training from Tiffin, Dometic, Aqua Hot, and others. He started in the RV industry in 2004, and joined Ricky’s RV Repair as a technician in 2014. Dustin especially enjoys the troubleshooting aspect of his job, along with meeting new people. He likes to play the drums in his free time.
Regina Kerr, Warranty Administrator
Regina is an RVDA-Certified Warranty Administrator, and became the first warranty administrator in the country to be inducted into the Society of RVDA Certified Professionals. She began working in the RV industry in 2005 after 3 years of experience in automotive parts, and joined Ricky’s RV in 2015. Regina enjoys resolving warranty issues quickly while minimizing the customer’s burden. In her free time, she loves to read and go antiquing.
Edwin Harvison, Parts & Service Assistant
Edwin started with us in 2017 to help customers and employees alike. He assists our customers in the store and helps with stock and shipping and helps to maintain a clean and safe working and shopping environment. Edwin has a great personality for customer service. He enjoys family and don’t mind bragging a bit on his grandchildren.
